Our tariff
Rates are per room per night and include a full cooked or continental breakfast.
Evening meals are available on request (3 courses £25; 2 courses £20 per person). We are not licensed to serve alcohol (however you are welcome to bring your own bottle).
We are no smoking and do not cater for pets or children under 7 years of age.
* Family Room tariff is for 3 guests. When used by 4 guests there is a supplement of £30 per night.

Booking terms and conditions:
- A deposit of £20 per person will be taken at the time of booking and confirmation provided in writing.
- Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to 4pm on the day of arrival. Please note booking deposits are not refundable.
- Any late cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival or when a reservation is not taken up without any prior notice a charge for the full cost of the booking will be made.
- Payment can be made on arrival or on the day of departure by Cash, UK Debit Card, or Credit Card. Sorry, we do not take Euros, Cheques, Travellers Cheques or American Express and any charges incurred for Credit Card/PayPal transactions are payable on departure.
- Check-in is normally after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and rooms are available until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
